These terms apply when you use the EMRT Studio website, including the EMRT AI chat assistant and the free “Try it” design previews. By using the website you agree to them.

Free AI previews

• Previews are generated automatically by AI from the brief you enter. They are concepts for inspiration, not a finished website, and they can contain mistakes.
• Each visitor gets a limited number of free previews per day, and we may pause the tool at any time.
• Only enter names, text and brands you have the right to use. You are responsible for the brief you submit.

The chat assistant

EMRT AI answers general questions about our services. Its answers are for information only. Prices, timelines and scope become binding only when our team confirms them to you in writing.

Prices and projects

• Prices on the website are starting prices in UAE dirhams (AED).
• Before any work starts, we send you a written quote with the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. That quote is our agreement for your project.
• Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time.

Ownership

The website, its design, text, code and the EMRT name and logo belong to EMRT Studio. For client projects, ownership of the final design passes to the client once the project is paid in full, as set out in the quote. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images or plugins keep their own licences.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the website: no attempts to overload or break it, no automated scraping, and no using the AI tools to create unlawful or harmful content.

Liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, EMRT Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or the AI previews.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
