Privacy Policy

EMRT Studio (“EMRT”, “we”, “us”) is a web design studio based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Messages to EMRT AI. What you type into the chat assistant, so it can answer you.
- Your design brief. The business name, description, style and language you enter in “Try it”, so we can generate a preview.
- Technical data. Your IP address, kept only in the server’s memory for up to 24 hours to stop abuse (for example, limiting free previews per visitor), plus the standard access logs our hosting provider keeps.
- Anything you send us directly. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive what you send there. Those platforms also apply their own privacy policies.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The chat and the preview counter keep a small copy of your session in your own browser (session storage), which disappears when you close the tab.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and generate the design previews you ask for.
- To reply when you contact us and to prepare a quote for your project.
- To keep the website secure and protect it from misuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
A few trusted service providers process data for us, only to run this website:
- Anthropic (Claude) receives chat messages and design briefs to write the replies and generate previews. It processes this data under its own commercial terms and privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider runs the server and keeps standard access logs.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and animation scripts the page uses, so they see your IP address when your browser downloads them.
Some of these providers are outside the UAE, so your data may be processed in other countries with appropriate protections.
How long we keep it
Our website does not keep a database of your chats or briefs. IP addresses used for rate limits are cleared within 24 hours. Messages you send us directly are kept for as long as we need them to work with you, and you can ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
Please don’t share sensitive information
The chat and the preview tool are for talking about websites. Please don’t enter passwords, payment details, ID numbers or health information.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
